This story tugged at my heart… BIG TIME!

Liam Zander everything you want in a fictional boyfriend… let me say it again… EVERY. THING! He had a huge heart that was shattered due to a difficult loss to deal with. A loss so hard for him that he shut himself off from love. Sophie Mitchell, just like Liam, was afraid of being burned… after all, who wouldn’t be afraid of falling for the Formula 1 race car driver who stays in the tabloids with a string of hookups? 😏

The minute that Sophie’s List comes into play, you already know all bets are off. The more they check off that little list, the more drawn they are to one another, and I was there for it!

I loved Sophie breaking down Liam’s wall… so much so, he opened up to someone about his personal pains, leaving him vulnerable and questioning if he made the right decision in hiding the real version of himself.

Liam tugs at Sophie’s heartstrings, forcing her to see that although lists can be fun, that planning things down to a science doesn’t always make things satisfying. Plus, living a life someone else has planned for her robs her of her own desires for joy and happiness.

It was great how Lauren Asher intertwined the characters of Noah, Jax, Santiago and Maya. Jax, being Liam’s McCoy partner, plays heavily in Collided, gearing readers to race into the next saga that’s Wrecked.

Let’s not forget about the SPICE… Lauren, YOU BRING THE FIRE 🔥 in this book! Sophie made that list for a reason and giving vivid scenes of each hot item on her list makes a reader want Liam as “their own”. 🥵

This gets high praise from me and I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen to Liam’s partner, Jax.
