ARC Review: The Way You Shine

The Way You Shine was a pretty enjoyable and quick read.  Amelia did a fantastic job in laying out a perfect slow-burn romance.

Delaney is the epitome of sunshine to Cole’s grumpy side; however, in actuality, Cole is more nervous and hesitant due to his past experience with someone who, to me, was toxic.  When these two characters come together, you will see chapter by chapter how similar they are.

Cole’s love for his daughter is first and foremost, and even though Ava may be 5, she’s a sassy, tell it like it is kiddo and it was cute reading her banter with her father.

Ava’s love for Delaney kept through the pages from their initial interaction and it just blossomed.  Delaney was more than a nanny to this little girl.

Readers who love a good slow burn romance will love this single daddy romance.
